PBS
PBS is Public Television.It broadcasts shows such as Barney, Sesame Street, Arthur, and other such programs enjoyed by small children and pedophiles. PBS was started when a group of people decided that boring television should be maintained by contributions from "Viewers like you". Apparently, those viewers like learning how to read at a first grade level and giving their money away.
